qualifications

Both Michael & Callum van der Kley are fully licenced pest management technicians and

  • hold a Commercial Operators Licence No 2054 operating as m&m pest management under the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1995; 
  • Michael holds a Certificate of Competency Certificate No 2053 to use agricultural chemicals approved for insect pests, rodent and bird control;
  • Callum holds a Certificate of Competency Certificate No 2799 to use agricultural chemicals approved for insect pests and rodent control;
  • hold a Statement of Attainment for Certificate III in Agriculture (including ChemCert accreditation); 
  • hold a Statement of Attainment for Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card); and
  • hold the necessary insurances that apply to a Pest Control Operator and Technician.
  • hold a current National Police Check; and
  • hold a current Working with Vulnerable People (Child Related Activity) card.

We guarantee that if we are not able to bring your pests under control in the manner and in the time as agreed, we will continue to attend and treat your premises as often and as necessary until we fulfil our obligations to you. We guarantee all common household pest treatments* for 6 months.

All common household pest treatments are guaranteed for a minimum of 6 months and ant treatments are guaranteed for a minimum of 3 months. All guarantees are subject to client compliance with technicians recommendations at the time of service.

* All common household pest treatments excludes rodents, birds, wood destroying insects, bed bugs, European wasps, fleas and ants.
